JOHAN BOONEN is the winner of the 1st National Barcelona 2021 !!!

Johan and Wil Boonen own a breeding loft together, but play with the pigeons separately in their own loft in their own yard.
In 2010 the Boonen brothers moved separately to Buggenum. A new start was made there. A whole round of eggs was obtained from Ton Vorselen from all his breeders and racers. Then in 2011, a round of youngsters was purchased from the Combinatie Nouwen-Paesen from Peer in Belgium and a round of eggs was purchased from the Combinatie Janssens-Hausoul. This Combinatie won the Coupe de Walonie on International Barcelona in 2011 (10 first nominated hens). From these Barcelona hens a round of eggs was bought in 2012. Through pigeon friend Rogier Nijs from Tegelen, several pigeons moved to Buggenum with which they have been very successful up to now. In 2015 and 2016 a few pigeons from Jos Martens (Stein) moved to Buggenum. This purchase was very succesful because the winners of the 1st NPO Bergerac, 2nd Nat. Bergerac, 5th Nat. Marseille and 9th Int. Marseille are offspring from these Martens pigeons.

A few youngsters were also purchased from other top pigeons, like:

Son and daughter from the 1st International Agen 2014 (KH Kanski)

Son of the 1st Ace ZLU (J. Stevens, Schinveld) with 2nd Nat. St.Vincent, 14th Nat. Perpignan, etc

Son of the 1st International Ace Marseille,”Late Marseille” (H. Pekel & Zn, Brunssum)

Son 1st International Ace Marseille, “Mito” (Th. Daalmans, Elsloo)

Son and daughter of “Bieke 295” (Combinatie Van der Zande, Scherpenisse) “Bieke 295” was the 1st Ace ZLU
