** DUE TO THE COVID PANDEMIC MANY PIGEONS OF THE PIGEONCOM AUCTION SEASON “2021-2022” ARE IN THE LOFTS OF THE SELLERS/FANCIERS **
Please contact the specific seller/fancier who offers the pigeon(s) you won in the auction. The contact information is on the individuel pedigree(s) of the pigeon(s) you have won as well as at the bottom of the Fancier introduction on the Pigeoncom site.
After the pigeon has been paid for (to Pigeoncom – account details in the payment link / the Pigeocom site / you are always free to contact us by email or phone when you have questions about your payment) there are different ways for you to receive the pigeon:
- You can choose to pick up the pigeon at the seller/fancier who offered the pigeon(s). The contact information is on the individuel pedigree(s) of the pigeon(s) you have won as well as at the bottom of the Fancier introduction on the Pigeoncom site. ONLY AND ALWAYS ON APPOINTMENT! Please respect the Covid regulations set by the Dutch government.
- You can have a courier pick up the pigeon at the seller/fancier who offered the pigeon(s). ONLY AND ALWAYS ON APPOINTMENT! Please respect the Covid regulations set by the Dutch government.
PLEASE INFORM THE SELLER/FANCIER OF THE PIGEON(S) YOU WON IN THE AUCTION ON BEFOREHAND !!
In case you need more information concerning transport or in case you have questions about the payment, please contact Pigeoncom. Contact information is on the Pigeoncom site.
Payments can be made automatically in the Pigeoncom shop -> please use the link/button on the site (in your account or on the page of your pigeon(s) or use the link/button in the email you receive from Pigeoncom (when that email is not in your inbox, please check your spamfolder).
If you wish to pay cash on delivery – rembours – that is allowed, but always inform the seller/fancier (who offered the pigeon(s) you have won in the auction) on beforehand.
You can always contact one of our Dutch transport partners (listed below) to see what your options are, but it is advised to use an international/local courier in case of foreign transports.
