- one of the probably very last children of super breeding hen “GIJSDUIVIN 709” x topbreeder “DRIES” son of the 1st National Bergerac !!
In 2020 Raymond made a restart in the pigeonsport on the marathonraces after having been very succesful on the program flights. Raymond started with a completely new loft and with new pigeons from his parents (Comb. Niks), from Comb. Rekker-Westra (one of these pigeons is the father to “OLYMPIC WHITE STAR” (mother to “OLYMPIC WHITE STAR” is from Wessels & zoon and is a niece to superstar “JAVINKY” from Jan Nijboer – line “KONINGSKOPPEL”), Robin Bakhuis (from Robin’s best breeders, also from his “SUPERKOPPEL” parents to “ROBIN” raced by Harold Zwiers and toppers like the “DE 969” & “DE 970” from Robin himself) and from the breeding pigeons of his brother-in-law Rik (H. Doldersum and son) who has much of the old Arjan Beens strain.
